Program Overview

Founded in 2022, the LGNY Internship Program helps high-potential students convert ambition into professional capability through structured responsibility, feedback, and direct exposure to live business work.

Interns participate in workflows commonly found in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development settings, including target identification, company analysis, and investment-focused writing.

How We Train

The program is anchored in real work over simulations, high standards paired with individualized development, and learning through increasing responsibility. Interns are expected to take ownership and improve through iteration.

Who Thrives Here

We select for intellectual curiosity, reliability, openness to coaching, and sustained commitment to meaningful career development. Prior experience is helpful, but disciplined execution and growth mindset matter most.
