Program Overview

Founded in 2022, the LGNY Internship Program helps high-potential students convert ambition into professional capability through structured responsibility, feedback, and direct exposure to live business work.

The program is designed to strengthen judgment, communication, accountability, and execution under standards that resemble demanding early-career analytical environments.

How We Train

The program is anchored in real work over simulations, high standards paired with individualized development, and learning through increasing responsibility. Interns are expected to take ownership and improve through iteration.

Who Thrives Here

We select for intellectual curiosity, reliability, openness to coaching, and sustained commitment to meaningful career development. Prior experience is helpful, but disciplined execution and growth mindset matter most.
