How We Train
The program is anchored in real work over simulations, high standards paired with individualized development, and learning through increasing responsibility. Interns are expected to take ownership and improve through iteration.
Internship Program
The LGNY Internship Program gives ambitious students direct exposure to acquisition analysis, industry research, and sourcing workflows through real projects and active mentorship.
Founded in 2022, the LGNY Internship Program helps high-potential students convert ambition into professional capability through structured responsibility, feedback, and direct exposure to live business work.
Interns participate in workflows commonly found in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development settings, including target identification, company analysis, and investment-focused writing.
